Logan City Council approves new bar and tavern license plan

The Logan City Council voted 3-to-1 to approve changes to the city code regarding bar and tavern licenses, which will combine the pool of available licenses into a single pool and allow one license per 6,000 population, with no new establishments allowed within 350 feet of an existing bar or tavern.
