Looking at seasonal snowfall near winter's midpoint

We discussed yesterday that, even if the thick of this extended stretch of frigid conditions, things are beginning to look up with longer and warmer days not too far away. However, we still have plenty of winter to go, so this morning we are assessed where we stand in terms of snowfall to date.
