LRPD: Driver cited by police after ‘Blood Tribe’ group is illegally transported in U-Haul

A group of protesters, known as the "Blood Tribe," were cited for traffic violations after being seen walking around the city and leaving in the back of a U-Haul truck, prompting a traffic stop by Arkansas State Police to ensure public safety.
