M/WBE director sues St. Louis County, says he was punished for whistleblowing

The director of St. Louis County’s Minority and Women-Owned Business Enterprise program has filed a lawsuit against the county, saying he was suspended for speaking out about what he believed to be poor management and structural conflicts within the program.
