Majority of New Yorkers choose between groceries and bare necessities: poll

A poll released by No Kid Hungry found that 74% of families with kids in New York have to choose between food and other necessities, with 87% of Black and 84% of Latino families disproportionately affected, and 52% of respondents taking on additional debt to afford meals.
