Man accused of fatal road rage shooting in Albuquerque to stay in jail

ALBUQUERQUE, N.M. (KRQE) – A man charged in a deadly road shooting in northwest Albuquerque last week will remain behind bars. Police said that Victor Rivera-Jimenez and Corsinio Martinez got into an altercation while driving along Unser Blvd. when Jimenez pulled a gun and shot into Martinez's vehicle, causing him to crash.
