Man arrested, allegedly told undercover detective he was 'so horned up' to meet with 13-year-old boy for sex

A man has been arrested for allegedly attempting to meet with a "13-year-old boy" for sex after making explicit comments about the boy to an undercover detective posing as his uncle.
