Man arrested on first-degree murder charge in case of missing Baton Rouge teenager

Maurice Parms, 51, has been arrested and charged with first-degree murder in connection with the disappearance and death of 15-year-old Ja'Derrius Minnieweather, who was last seen on June 5.
