Man charged for multiple vehicle thefts in Kingston over 5-day period

The City of Kingston Police Department has arrested a man for several thefts that occurred over a five-day period involving multiple vehicles. 24-year-old Luke Heiser now faces multiple felony charges for the separately occurring crimes.
