INDIANAPOLIS (WISH) — Police say a man is dead, a woman is in critical condition, and another woman is in stable condition after a shooting on Indy’s east side took place Sunday morning just after 4 a.m.

According to Indianapolis Metropolitan Police Department, officers were called to the scene of the 200 block of North Tacoma Avenue on the report of a person shot. That’s near East Washington Street.

Officers say they arrived to find a man dead with injuries consistent with gunshot wounds, along with two females who were shot.

Both females were transported to the hospital.
