Man out on bond arrested after driving recklessly in East Nashville, police say

MNPD officials said detectives with the department's TITANS unit spotted 21-year-old Abdalla Abdikadir recklessly driving a GMC Terrain SUV in the area of South 6th Street and stopped the vehicle.
