Man pardoned by President Trump for multi-million Medicaid fraud ordered to report to Arkansas to complete his sentence

Joseph Schwartz, who was pardoned by President Trump for a $38 million federal government fraud, has been ordered to report to an Arkansas prison to serve the remaining 9 months of his sentence for a $1.8 million Medicaid fraud.
