Man skating across America expected to pass through Permian Basin this week

Chad Caruso, a long-distance endurance skater, is traveling from Venice Beach, California, to Jacksonville, Florida, in 30 days while fundraising for the nonprofit Natural High, which supports programs aimed at helping young people avoid drug and alcohol use.
