Man who pointed gun at alleged dine-and-dashers was restaurant owner: Affidavit

The man who was arrested in Winter Park for allegedly pointing a gun at two suspected dine-and-dashers, and choking one, was the owner of the Fraser restaurant the suspects left without paying.
