Manchester Man Pleads Guilty to Three Cocaine Distribution Cases Across Ocean County

Toms River, NJ – A Manchester Township man has pleaded guilty to three separate cocaine distribution offenses uncovered during narcotics investigations spanning several months in Ocean County, Prosecutor Bradley D. Billhimer announced.

Tariki Foster, 41, entered guilty pleas on July 20 before Superior Court Judge Kenneth T. Palmer to possession of five ounces or more of cocaine with intent to distribute, distribution of cocaine, and possession of more than one-half ounce but less than five ounces of cocaine with intent to distribute.
