Maple syrup production begins at Fulton County sugar house

Maple syrup season has officially begun in the Capital Region, despite being a little bit late this year due to the cold weather. This year, a local syrup producer, Mud Road Sugar House, has introduced a new technology that aims to produce this sweet creation even more smoothly.
