Mayor proposes downtown Las Vegas location for NBA expansion team 

Las Vegas has been approved for an NBA expansion team, with the arena to be built by 2028-2029, and the Mayor has proposed an alternative location for the arena near the Market Center, while the Golden Knights owner and former NBA star Earvin "Magic" Johnson are reportedly interested in the expansion.
