Mental health center expands trauma-informed care for children in York County

YORK COUNTY, Pa. (WHTM) — Tonight's Hometown Heroes are expanding mental health care for children. The Children's Home of York branched out with its new Spark Center on Shoe House Road in Hellam Township, York County.
