Metro Council to vote on amending VCIF TCCRP grant

The text of the grant said the 37207 ZIP Code "has seen a disturbing trend of violence against juveniles and young adults," calling it "a particularly dangerous area" "ranked among the top ten zip codes for violent crime in Tennessee."
