Metro Nashville sues DHS over withholding grant funds

The lawsuit said the Federal Emergency Management Agency will hold 20% of every state's Homeland Security Grant Program award money hostage, unless states agree to the Trump administration's election conditions to verify citizenship, including procedures in the proposed SAVE Act.
