Mila Kunis Says Marrying Ashton Kutcher Was Easy After Growing Up Together on ‘That ’70s Show’

Mila Kunis recently appeared on The Drew Barrymore Show, where she reflected on first meeting her husband, Ashton Kutcher—and how their long history ultimately laid the groundwork for their marriage.

Kunis joined That ’70s Show when she was just 14 years old, filming the pilot while still in ninth grade. She remained on the series until she was 22, growing up almost entirely on camera.

“I did my 16th birthday, my 18th birthday, I graduated, I attended college—I did everything on That ’70s Show,” Kunis recalled.

For Kunis, that shared history became especially meaningful years later when she and Kutcher reconnected.

“I married my best friend,” Kunis said. “When we reconnected, I was 27. But he knew me through all of it, and I knew him through all of it—the good, the bad, and the ugly. So when we reconnected, there was no getting to know each other again.”
