After the fog lifts, it is a good afternoon for outdoor plans but keep an eye on lingering wet spots where overnight moisture condenses on colder pavement.
TOMORROW NIGHT
Mostly cloudy and mild for February with a low near 40. Wind south around 5 mph. Impacts are minimal, but the mild night continues melt and can keep creeks running higher than normal.
