Miles Davis honored in Illinois ahead of 100th birthday

Jazz trumpet player Miles Davis, one of the most influential musicians of the 20th century, is being honored this weekend by two cities leading up to what would be his 100th birthday. Alton, Ill., his birthplace and East St. Louis, Ill., where he once lived, are holding events to commemorate the legendary artist.
