Miramar EOD unit responds to possible unspent artillery shell in San Diego

San Diego Police, firefighters, a Strike Team and the Miramar Explosive Ordnance Disposal (EOD) unit investigated reports of a possible unspent artillery shell that was seen in the Torrey Highlands neighborhood. The Miramar EOD unit was able to collect the item without incident and confirmed there was no threat to the public.
