Missouri bill would require schools to have wearable alarms for safety

House Bill 3174 , sponsored by State Rep. Doyle Justus, R-Troy, would require schools to implement an alert system that allows staff to quickly–and silently–trigger an alarm for a variety of issues, including a medical emergency or for intruders.
