Missouri contractor accused of defrauding tornado survivors

Missouri Attorney General investigators accuse Jacob Kaestner, owner of JK Exteriors, of defrauding multiple families in Jefferson County. Many of the alleged victims are tornado survivors from the March and May 2025 storms. Court documents indicate 16 customers collectively lost more than $131,000 between March 2025 and March 2026 due to uncompleted home repairs.
