MNPD: Suspected vehicle burglar found with guns, baggies of 'white powder'

According to the Metro Nashville Police Department, central precinct officers were approached Wednesday morning by a man at the intersection of Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. Boulevard and 12th Avenue North.
