Montgomery off-ramp at I-25 interchange will close 24/7 for nearly a month

ALBUQUERQUE, N.M. (KRQE) – It's New Mexico's largest single highway construction project in the last 20 years, revamping one of Albuquerque's major interchanges. Now, the next phase of the project will completely shut down an off-ramp for about a month.  The I-25 Improved project broke ground more than a year ago.
