Moped rider hospitalized following hit-and-run at Buffalo, Desert Inn

According to the Las Vegas Metropolitan Police Department, officers responded to a crash near South Buffalo Drive and West Desert Inn Road shortly before 4:30 a.m. on Tuesday, March 17.
