Moshannon Valley EMS expanding with two new vehicles in their fleet

PHILIPSBURG, Pa. (WTAJ) — Moshannon Valley Emergency Medical Service (MVEMS) is expanding its fleet with the addition of two new vehicles. EMS Chief Fredrick J.
