Mother charged in connection to 3-year-old daughter's death in Cairo

The mother of 3-year-old Fay Mohamed, the child victim of an alleged assault in Cairo, has now been charged in connection to her death. The Greene County Sheriff's Office confirmed that Farhiya Gaal, 26, of Rochester, has been charged with second-degree manslaughter.
