Mother of 'Abbott Elementary' inspiration celebrates 104th birthday

BROOMALL, Pa. (WPVI) - Rosa Lee Stephens marked her 104th birthday surrounded by cheers, applause and generations of family, a celebration that reflected what she says has mattered most throughout her life: faith, community and loved ones.
