Multiple central Arkansas school districts returning to class on Tuesday after winter storm

The Little Rock School District, Pulaski County Special School District, Hot Springs School District, Pine Bluff School District, and North Little Rock School District have all announced that they will be open on Tuesday, Feb. 3 following a winter storm, with the exception of North Little Rock School District which will have a one-hour delayed start.
