Nancy Guthrie’s Potential Abductors ‘Didn’t Plan’ Well, Says Hostage Negotiator Who Points Out Clues

If Nancy Guthrie is in fact being held for ransom, it appears that the person or people responsible for taking Savannah Guthrie’s 84-year-old mother may be caught because of clues they left behind.

Former FBI hostage negotiator Chip Massey told the Daily Mail in an interview published Tuesday, February 10, that there are two important details they didn’t seem to think through, including the blood found at the scene and the medication Nancy needs to take daily.

“I think what is troubling is the apparent struggle that happened at the doorway of the house,” said Massey. “It tells us that they didn’t plan this that well, they didn’t have enough people to help and ensure that this was going to be done safely without causing harm. So there’s a number of questions.”

Now that the case has entered its second week, Massey pointed out that Nancy has to be taken care of to remain alive as potential abductors await their ransom...
