Nevada doctor charged in $95M scheme to defraud Medicare to fund 'lavish lifestyle'

A Henderson doctor is accused of a $95 million scheme to defraud Medicare by performing unnecessary care on elderly patients and overcharging the insurance company. He then used money he allegedly pocketed to "fund a lavish lifestyle" that included yachts.
