Nevada leaders celebrate new bridge, housing opening

Elected leaders celebrated the opening of a new bridge and neighborhood in Las Vegas, made possible by the Nevada Housing Access and Attainability Act, which provides downpayment assistance to those with a household income of less than 150% of Clark County's median income.
