Nevada State High School CEO admonished for ethics violations, ordered to make 'substantial' changes

The CEO of Nevada State High School was admonished by the Nevada Commission on Ethics Wednesday and agreed to pay a $2,500 fine for approving her own employment contract and approving payments to her spouse.
