Nevada Supreme Court tosses Black Widower's murder appeal, upholds conviction for killing sixth wife

The state Supreme Court Monday upheld the conviction of the man known colloquially as the Black Widower, saying his many legal challenges—seven in total—do not merit a third trial in the double murder of his sixth wife and their handyman.
