New Jersey Criminal Defense Attorney Arrested for DUI in Wall Township

Wall Township, NJ – A prominent New Jersey criminal defense attorney was arrested on a driving while intoxicated charge early Saturday following a motor vehicle accident, according to local police.

Leo Hurley, 48, of Wall, was taken into custody in February on West Chicago Boulevard after officers responded to the crash, police said. Patrolman Julia Cutolo made the arrest, and Hurley was later processed and released in accordance with John’s Law.
