New Jersey delay 'real rules' for flood regulations

NEW JERSEY (PIX11) — Just as New Jersey was about to put new flood regulations into effect, the state has decided to hit the pause button. After strong opposition to the Department of Environmental Protection’s new rules to protect homes from flooding—called the real rules—the Sherrill administration is delaying them for a year.
