New tradition for Sonsio Grand Prix podium finishers at IMS?
INDIANAPOLIS (WISH) — There are plenty of traditions at the Indianapolis Motor Speedway.
Race fans know all about them, whether it’s the Indy 500 winner drinking the milk or the kissing of the bricks at the start-finish line.
But could there be a new tradition that was started this past weekend?
Following the NTT IndyCar Series’ Sonsio Grand Prix on the IMS Road Course, the top three finishers of the race – Christian Lundgaard, David Malukas and Graham Rahal – celebrated in Victory Circle, per usual.
