New York state senator proposes bill for conversion therapy lawsuits

New York State Senator James Skoufis has introduced legislation to allow survivors of conversion therapy to sue mental health professionals who performed the practice, in response to a Supreme Court ruling that overturned a Colorado ban on the practice.
