Non-profit provides free prom dresses to teens at Parkway Plaza

Non-profit Princess Project has officially opened for this prom season. Over the next several weeks, they will be at their new location at Parkway Plaza in El Cajon as well as library pop ups to find teens find their perfect dress for prom.
