Nonprofit donates medical kit for York County K-9

YORK COUNTY, Pa. (WHTM) -- Tonight's Hometown Heroes are keeping a Midstate K-9 team safe. Protection4Paws donated a buddy bag to the Carroll Township Police Department in York County.
