North Little Rock twins defy medical expectations months after rare surgery

Archer and Bowie Hauf were born unexpectedly at 32 weeks, and a traumatic delivery left both boys without oxygen to the brain. Archer was delivered in an ambulance on Third Street in Little Rock. Twenty minutes later, once Courtney Hauf arrived at the hospital, doctors discovered she was still carrying Bowie.
