North St. Louis tornado repair funds could run out by May without federal dollars

Nine months after a massive tornado tore through parts of St. Louis, thousands of are still awaiting repairs. Now, city officials warn that funding for those repairs could run out by April or May, even as they say delays in federal disaster dollars are not unusual.
