Northampton Town Board holds tense public hearing for lithium battery facility

Tonight at a meeting of the Northampton Town Board they held public comment with over 100 concerned residents and advocates in attendance on a proposed lithium battery storage system. The board agreed unanimously to vote on whether to hold a moratorium in March according to advocate Sara Will-White.
