Northwest Las Vegas land sale sets stage for Monument Hills master-planned community

In what officials are calling the largest BLM land sale in more than two decades, Gov. Joe Lombardo and the City of Las Vegas announced the completion of a deal that will bring about 6,000 homes, 1,000 permanent jobs and "significant construction employment" in the northwest Las Vegas valley.
