NY sues UPS for allegedly stealing millions from holiday staff

New York Attorney General Letitia James has filed a lawsuit against UPS, alleging that the company stole millions of dollars in wages from seasonal workers by not paying them for their time spent waiting for trucks, watching mandatory training, or traveling between job sites.
