NYCLU challenges Nassau County's 'anti-free speech' protest law

The New York Civil Liberties Union has filed a federal lawsuit against Nassau County to block a law restricting protest at religious buildings, while Governor Kathy Hochul and state legislators are pursuing similar statewide protest-free zones to protect worshippers from harassment.
